According to US Weekly Nicole and Joel have invested in the posh Hollywood suburb of Beverly, just a stone’s throw away from Cameron and Benji’s pad in the same area .
Beverly Crest is a particularly star-studded enclave of Beverly Hills with other famous residents including Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, Jennifer Lawrence, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis.
Nicole, 33, and Cameron, 41, have wasted no time in their neighbourly duties either as the pair were both spotted out together on a groceries run at Whole Foods over the weekend.
Cameron originally bought her sprawling three-acre compound for $12.3million a few years back from Murphy Brown star Candice Bergen, and it served as a wedding venue for when she and Benji exchanged vows in January this year, before he moved in with her.
By comparison, Nicole and Joel’s humble four-bedroom pad on a half-acre is considerably more modest, but with real-estate hard to come by at such a prestigious address – and in such close proximity to family – it’s little wonder the pair snapped it up while they could! Interestingly, , the pad was also once home to Jack Nicholson.
We can’t wait to see more of the blonde beauties hanging out in the 90210 hood – perhaps doing the school run together?
