On Simone’s eponymous blog, the 29-year-old makeup artist has described how she felt the moment she discovered her partner of four years had been unfaithful.
According to Simone, the couple, who were together from 2008 to 2012, had even spoken about “marriage and children and travel” before she uncovered the terrible news.
She wrote, “My Airforce partner, my other half, my best friend, my all and more, my first love was cheating on me.”
“If you’d like to know him, I’ll let you get to know him, but let me start by telling you this: he is The One. He is The One who officially ruined relationships for me for a very long time. In all honesty, he also officially ruined me for a while there. Everyone, meet Kurt,” the star continued.
Simone chose to change her ex-boyfriends name to “Kurt” for privacy reasons.
Simone uncovered the news of partner Kurt’s infidelity late one night as she secretly unlocked his phone to read his text messages as well as Facebook messages.
In Simone’s words, “I sat on the lounge room floor, in pitch black, hands trembling in fear he would wake and catch me in the act. I scrolled fast. I clicked so quick, I read quick.”
She added: “I didn’t read everything. I felt I didn’t have time to read everything. But I read enough.”
Heartbreakingly, Simone believed that ex-boyfriend Kurt was The One.
According to the star’s account, it was instantly clear that Kurt had been cheating with multiple women who had even offered to send photographs and organise video chats on Skype.
Describing the heartbreaking moment, Simone wrote, “Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Gemma. Sarah. Jessica. Alana. Emma. Lisa. Tegan. Monica.”
The lengthy read also includes references to the couple’s imaginary son-to-be, with the fictitious name Jude.
Explaining her decision to include Jude in the revealing account, Simone wrote, “I not only grieved for the love lost between Kurt and me, I grieved for Jude, because I felt like he was meant to be in this world, and now he never would be.”
Simone ended her relationship with the Defence recruit soon after she discovered his infidelity.
Earlier in the year, Simone starred on the hit reality TV show Married at First Sight, where she was partnered with Xavier but the stunning brunette broke it off with him at the end of the season.
