Sia’s cover has been blown during a concert in Colorado on Wednesday.
The 40-year-old singer couldn’t maintain her disguise when a gust of wind picked up and blew her trademark hairpiece away, giving the audience a rare glimpse of her face.
The Aussie singer and song writer is famous for never showing her face in public and has gone to great lengths to hide behind extravagant wigs and hats on stage and the red carpet.
Last year, the South Australian star told Ellen her efforts to hide her face in public stemmed from a desire to remain anonymous despite her fame.
“Well, it’s so that I can go to Target and buy a hose if I want to. Or if I’m in need of a restroom and I can’t find one, I could go by the side of the road,” she said.

Before releasing her own music, Sia was a song writer to the stars and has penned dozens of hit songs for Rihanna, David Guetta and Flo Rida just to name a few.
But it seems the talented artist wasn’t after the lifestyle and attention bestowed on her famous friends.
“I’ve been writing pop songs for pop stars for a couple years and have become friends with them and see what their lives are like. And that’s just not something I want,” Sia told Nightline’s Chris Conley previously.
