Supported by big sister Alexis Olympia Ohanian Junior who is turning six this year.
Serena still has that pregnancy glow with her blossoming new family.

Serena met her partner Alexis Ohanian, co-founder of Reddit in 2015 by chance, sitting next to each other during breakfast at the Cavalieri Hotel in Rome.

She detailed their love story to Vanity Fair, “This big guy comes and he just plops down at the table next to us, and I’m like, ‘Huh! All these tables and he’s sitting here?'”

Alexis Olympia Ohanian is a happy six-year-old girl, you wouldn’t know that her mum Serena Williams almost died in childbirth when doctors didn’t believe her about the blood clots near her lungs.
Luckily she pushed them for tests and was rushed to surgery straight after, saving her life.

This morning Serena posted on her Instagram, debuting her second child to the world, captioned Adira River Ohanian. Her partner also took to the platform to express his joy, captioning:
“Welcome, Adira River Ohanian.
I’m grateful to report our house is teaming with love: a happy & healthy newborn girl and happy & healthy mama. Feeling grateful. @serenawilliams you’ve now given me another incomparable gift — you’re the GMOAT. Thanks to all the amazing medical staff who took care of my wife & our daughter. I’ll never forget the moment I introduced @olympiaohanian to her baby sister.
Your peace would have been like a river, your well-being like the waves of the sea.”
Big sister Alexis dressed in a pink love heart dress is smiling ear to ear over little sister Adira. The second pregnancy was first announced when she thanked close friend Anna Wintour, Vogue editor, for welcoming us (three) to the Met Gala.
What’s next for Serena Williams in 2023?
Serena Williams is now set for life with a partner, two beautiful baby girls and did we mention… winning 39 major titles in tennis?!
After her final match at the US Open, she has a new children’s book called The Adventures of Qai Qai, telling her inspirational story to little girls and even her own daughter. “Don’t be scared, Best Friend!”
She is running her own corporate investment company called Serena Ventures and travels across the globe to speak at famous events.
We hope to see Serena Williams back in Australia sometime soon with her Ohanian family cheering on the next generation of Australian Open.
