It’s not uncommon for celebrities to have lesser known siblings that stay out of the spotlight and lead more private lives than their famous brothers or sisters.
It’s rather unusual though to find out that quite a few celebrities have a secret twin hidden away who chose to follow a quieter path than their famous sibling.

Scarlett Johansson hit the red carpet with her twin brother Hunter this week for the first time since becoming a mother. The pair are both celebrating their milestone 30th birthday this year.
Ashton Kutcher and his twin Michael who had a heart transplant when the pair were just young children and also has cerebral palsy. Ashton has previously said that he contemplated suicide at the age of just 13 so he could save his brother’s life with the heart transplant.
Gisele Bundchen has a twin Patricia, who is rather surprisingly not a supermodel like her sis although she is stunning – instead she manages her sister’s career. Clearly it’s paying off as Gisele routinely tops the annual Forbes rich list as the world’s highest paid model.
Giovanni Ribisi has a twin Marissa who is also an actress.
Jon Heder, who is best known for his starring role in Napoleon Dynamite, has a twin brother Dan who also works in the movie business – behind the scenes in visual effects.
Famed British model Karen Elson has a secret win too – Kate Elson.
Star of 24, Kiefer Sutherland is another star with a twin who works behind-the-scenes in Hollywood. His sister Rachel works on movies in post-production.
Leslie Hamilton is the identical twin of Terminator star Linda Hamilton and also played her double in the movie.
The similarity is uncanny between Buffy the Vampire Slayer star Nicholas Brendon and his twin brother Kelly, who also served as a stand-in for Nicholas on the show.
British popstar Olly Murs has a twin brother Ben, who was reportedly furious when his brother missed his wedding while competing on the UK’s X-Factor – the show that shot him to stardom. The pair reportedly now remain estranged.
