Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. are one of Hollywood’s longest-lasting couples, having just celebrated their 13 year wedding anniversary, and the pair are relishing in their young family.
The power couple are the proud parents to daughter Charlotte, five, and son Rocky, three, but they rarely give us a glimpse of their children… until now!
Sarah is ready to bake with her handy kitchen helpers at the ready.
On Monday, the 38-year-old shared a rare photo of her cute kids on Instagram. The snap showed The Crazy Ones star hanging in the kitchen with Rocky and Charlotte at the ready to help cook up a storm.
“Today is an important day #kidsinthekitchen In my household cooking is family time, time to #unplug and connect. I treasure these moments,” Robin Williams former co-star penned.
Cooking is a huge part of the actress’ life, who recently unveiled her new lifestyle brand, Foodstirs.
The mum-of-two is very excited to launch her new cooking and lifestyle brand. Her daughter, Charlotte loves to bake with her mum and friends.
It is a kid-friendly line set to launch in October that will include three signature baking mixes of brownies, cupcakes and cookies.
In the Gellar-Prinze household, cooking is the perfect opportunity for the young family to bond.
“The pride and confidence I see in my daughter [5-year-old, Charlotte] when she’s baking with me, is exciting,” Sarah admitted to People.
“It doesn’t hurt that my husband [Freddie Prinze Jr.] when to culinary school and is an amazing chef. But I’m not, so it’s great to have this experience alongside my kids,” she added.
It’s rare for Sarah to share snaps of her young family.
“He was always the chef and I was always the creative one. I’ll paint anything! It’s really brought our family together.”
