While teenagers across the country were taping their fave Home and Away actor’s photos on their walls and showing her hairstyle to hairdressers to replicate her look, Samara turned her sights to Hollywood, and in 2013 she left Summer Bay to make it big.

The 29-year-old has been somewhat of an underdog in tinsel town as she worked her way through the ranks on the horror scene.

In 2015 she was cast as a reoccurring character on the first season of Ash vs Evil. She starred in Charlie Puth’s love interest for his Attention music video and The Babysitter in 2017.

But in 2021, she has finally found her stride by nailing her role on Nine Perfect Strangers as Jessica.

Samara had to play with prosthetics to achieve her character’s cosmetic surgery look, which saw her nose adjusted to point upwards, and her cheekbones lifted to reach sky heights.

In her real life, the niece of Hugo Weaving is still a natural beauty who embraces her striking features, and while she has kept her familiar aesthetic, she has played with different hues and lengths over the years.

Of course, Samara doesn’t look anything like her Nine Perfect Strangers character, but it was quite the beauty transformation, and we would be remiss.
