The 36-year-old breakfast show presenter posted a photo of a coffee and laptop on Instagram last week with the caption: “Just finished writing my book! With thanks to the gorgeous girls @trailStreet coffee #wagga for letting me hook into their wifi to send through the final two chapters!”
The announcement drew praise from excited fans on social media. Vanessa Musgrove wrote: “Congrats! Fingers crossed for a huge success!”
Armytage told the Daily Telegraph that the book doesn’t have a title yet, but would be released later this year.
“It reflects on some of the challenges I’ve faced breaking through the glass ceiling and keeping my feet on the ground while retaining the values my parents instilled in me,” she said.
“I’ve only just finished the book and I’m really excited about it.”
