The fitness guru dropped by Kyle and Jackie O’s radio show, where he ‘fessed that Australia’s very first Bachie wedding was a lot closer than we thought.
‘We are getting married in the middle of this year,” he told the the duo, exclaiming, “Round the corner!”
“Snez is in full swing getting things organised and we’re going to get married overseas.”
Kyle, being classic Kyle, questioned whether the destination nuptials were orchestrated in a bid to get unwanted guests to not come.
“Not really,” Sam laughed, telling the listeners, “We just want our immediate family and close friends.”
And fans of the 28 Days creator need to know, you won’t be hoping on a quickie Jetstar flight for the big day.
Not giving too much away about the location, the former Bachelor ruled out one option, “Further than Fiji, we’ll say that.”
Last year, he spoke to Today about their decision to tie the knot in Europe.
“Snez likes to change her mind, so we’re jumping all over the place,” he laughed.
“She’s now decided she wants an overseas wedding.”
“That’s on the cards. She’s Macedonian so we’re looking for somewhere in Europe in the middle of this year,” he added.
Many astute fans will remember Sam and Snez embarked on a very romantic European vacay earlier this year, prompting many to believe they have settled on a location for the magical continent.
One thing is certain, the brunette beauty will be a vision.
Telling Jackie O, the husband-to-be gushed, “She certainly will make a beautiful bride! I’ve seen little snippets of the dress in making. I’m not allowed to see anything from now. I got a quick little glimpse early on.”
Sam proposed to the mum-of-one back in December 2015, while the pair were on a romantic getaway in Tasmania… And the ring just happened to be $50,000 sparkler.
The following month, the lovebirds set up house in Melbourne, purchasing their first home together.
Sam, Snez and her ten-year-old daughter Eve moved into the $1.4 million house last July.
And it seems the trio are loving life, with Sam gushing, “We get on great, like a house on fire. We all live together down in Melbourne.”
For the personal trainer, coming in as a step parent is a very big deal.
“Yeah well, I lost my mum when I was little and my dad started seeing other ladies so I understand,” he admitted.
“I understand no one ever replaces your mum and that kinda thing.”
“Evie and I are just great mates. We hang out. She started playing Aussie Rules football which is great.”
Clearly super proud, he beamed, “Last week she put on her footy boots for the first time which was kinda great.”
During the chat, the fitness guru also weighed in on former Bachie couple Sam Frost and Sasha Mielczarek.
“He’s a good fella, he’s a good bloke,” the reality star explained, before confirming he isn’t friends with any of the other Bachelor men.
But he was quick to shut down claims Sash is still in love with Sam. “I don’t know [about that],” the Melbourne local added.
