Former Home and Away star Sam Frost has been keeping candid with fans who have been following along on her pregnancy journey, making a surprise confession on her socials that many can relate to.
The confession came amidst Sam’s journey around Australia with fiancé and Survivor Australia alum Jordie Hansen in what they have dubbed their ‘rural road trip’.
In a video uploaded to her Instagram stories, the former Bachelorette admitted that since falling pregnant, she had not exercised. At all.
”Righto team, I’m going to be very honest with you,” she began the video.
”I have not exercised my entire pregnancy.”
Sam has revealed that her excercise regime has slimmed right down to water aerobics and walks (pictured here) during her pregnancy.
(IMAGE: Instagram)The star then admitted that her exercise time had dwindled down to ”walks” and ”water aerobics with the grannies down at the pool.”
”My pelvic floor has gone to s*** and I wee myself all the time and I’m struggling with motivation.”
But whilst lamenting on how ”lazy” she was feeling, doting partner Jordie was quick to jump in and remind her of the incredible work her body was doing.
”It’s not lazy,” he said.
”You’re growing a baby.”

After meeting through her younger brother Alex, Sam and Jordie were quick to strike up a romance, dating for five whirlwind months before Jordie popped the question during a road trip to Uluru in July 2022.
Then only two months later in September, the pair revealed more happy news to their Instagram, revealing that they would be expecting a baby of their own.
”There is a tiny human coming soon…everyone acts surprised when he inevitably inherits his parent’s odd sense of humour,” Sam began her pregnancy reveal post on Instagram.
”We don’t take ourselves or life too seriously, and we’re hoping to teach our tiny one the same values we share….the importance of being unapologetically yourself, always finding the fun and humour in the small things, and that being kind, loving and empathetic is a superpower.”

The pair closed the caption, ”We are extremely excited and grateful for our tiny miracle…your mum & dad love you so much already xx”
According to the couple, they are expecting a boy who is reportedly due in February.
