Sam Frost is heading back to the small screen three months after leaving Home and Away.
Accompanied by her sister Kris Ross, the former Bachelorette will travel via a motor home along Victoriaโs iconic Great Ocean Road in the Channel Seven lifestyle series My Road to Adventure.
The 32-year-old told the Herald Sun, โWe are so excited to join the My Road to Adventure crew again โ and this time weโll be making the trek to the Great Ocean Rd in Victoria.
โThe Great Ocean Road means a lot to our family and holds a special place in my heart. I canโt wait to revisit.โ

Sam will work on the show with her sister for the second time.

Sam filmed her last scenes for the iconic soap in December after deciding to leave the show to move back to Melbourne and be closer to her family.
She took to her Believe by Sam Frost Instagram account to explain her choice alongside a picture of a retweet about Ash Bartyโs decision to step away from tennis to work on her mental health.
โI quit my dream job at Home and Away to look after my mental health. I needed to take a step back, go home and be with my family,โ Sam began.

Samโs brother recently had a stint on Survivor.

I now spend the days with the people I love, doing the things Iโve always wanted to do but couldnโt because I was too busy working. I spent 4.5 years being a distant friend, a distant girlfriend, a sister who couldnโt be there for big milestone moments. Now, Iโm making up for lost time.โ
The blonde beauty continued to explain her priorities changed, and she wanted to focus on the more important things in life, which work has taken her attention away from.

โIโm prioritising my health and my relationships.โ

Sometimes I wake up and panic about money, work and being able to afford my mortgage.. but then I remind myself the importance of putting our mental health first, and taking time out to heal our mind, body & soul. The rest will fall into place โจ #healing.โ
