Home and Away starlet Sam Frost has posted a loved up pic with boyfriend Dave Bashford just hours after he appeared in court over a drug charge.
Taking to her Instagram story on Tuesday evening, the former Bachelorette posted a black and white photo of the pair snuggled up on the couch.
“The kindest man with a heart of gold,” she captioned the pic, accompanied by a “through thick and thin” hashtag.
Just hours before, Dave made an appearance at Waverley Local Court over a cocaine possession charge, where he was sentenced to a “one-year good behaviour bond without conviction”.
According to the Daily Telegraph, his lawyer Elizabeth Why told the court that he had “remorse and insight – in particular into how his actions impacted his partner Frost”.
“This is first time he has been before the court, he has an unblemished record and 10 years unblemished service in the navy,” she said.

The documents explained that Dave acted suspiciously at Bondi’s Beach Road Hotel when uniformed police and a drug detection dog entered the premises. He was later interviewed by police and made a full admission to possessing cocaine.
Dave pleaded guilty to the charge at Waverley Local Court on June 4.
Speaking to Woman’s Day, a source close to Dave’s girlfriend Sam reveals that behind the scenes the Home And Away star has been left shaken by the charges.
“She’s been struggling with the whole situation,” admits the insider.
“It’s been a complete blow to her… Sam is extremely private and protective of Dave and their relationship, and something like this happening just puts such a strain on them.”

Last week, the couple managed to put on a brave face as they attended a baby shower for fellow The Bachelor alumnus Anna Heinrich’s sister Andrea.
But behind the scenes, the source says Sam’s concerns for her boyfriend’s mental health are an “absolute priority”.
“Sam just wants to be there for him right now and get through this rough patch,” the source explains. “She’s hellbent on being his rock right now.”
Earlier this week, Woman’s Day reported that the actress had been snapped looking seriously distressed while filming on the set of Home And Away.
An insider close to the 30-year-old TV starlet had also come forward claiming that behind closed doors, the couple have dealt with their share of problems since they started dating in 2017.
