She surprised the world when she announced she had tied the knot, and now Rosie O’Donnell has done it again, revealing that she and wife Michelle Rounds have welcomed a baby girl.
Announcing the news via Instagram, Rosie shared the first shot of their adopted baby girl.
“We are thrilled to announce the arrival of our daughter Dakota,” she wrote alongside the image.
“Mums and baby are healthy and happy,” a representative also confirmed to the MailOnline.
Rosie, who has four children with her ex-wife Kelli Carpenter, married Michelle in a secret ceremony last August.
The little arrival is certainly happy news for the pair, who have both undergone significant health scares in the past year. Michelle was diagnosed with a rare cancer and, not long after, Rosie suffered a heart attack.
The pair, who are now back in good health, have excitedly welcomed their new daughter and are planning a bigger wedding before family and friends later this year.
