Robbie Williams and his wife Ayda Field are in hot water – they’re being sent to court for sexual harassment claims.
The allegations have been made by a previous personal assistant of the 42-year-old singer and his wife.
The man, Gilles De Bonfilhs has alleged that he was sexually harassed by 36-year-old actor Field and that Williams did nothing to stop it.
He has also made claims that he was wrongfully dismissed after being in the job for 60 days, and that this was a breach of his contract.
The couple, who’ve been married for six years and have two children together, tried to get the case dismissed by counter-suing based on “poor legal standing”, but the judge ruled last week they will now have to face court.
They have denied they’ve done anything wrong.
According to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court in May 2015, De Bonfilhs is suing the couple for “sexual harassment, failure to prevent sexual harassment, discrimination, breach of employment contract [and] fraud”.
The court hearing will take place in Los Angeles on August 19.
