Zayn, who unexpectedly left One Direction in March, is at the centre of a twitter war between current band-mate Louis Tomlinson and Zayn’s new music producer Naughty Boy.
Louis, who is notorious for stirring-the-pot, made a cheeky comment about a photo of Naughty Boy and Zayn posted on social media.
Zayn blasted Louis by tweeting: “remember when you had a life and stopped making bitchy comments about mine?”
It all began when Naughty Boy, real name is Shahid Khan posted an extremely edited photo of himself and Zayn in a recording studio with the caption “replace this,” giving reference to One Direction’s inability to replace Zayn Malik.
23-year-old Louis then took a dig at the poor quality of the photograph by quipping: “Remember when you were 12 and you used to think those Mac filters for your picture were cool haha! Some people still do HA!”
The tweet that started it all! Naughty Boy shared a shot of him and Zayn in the recording studio.
“And some people can’t even sing… but who’s complaining when there’s auto tune eh,” retorted Naughty Boy.
Louis was clearly up for an altercation responded, “Jesus! forgot you were such an in demand producer… How does it feel to be riding on the back of someone else’s career?” Ohhh, burn!
This was the final straw for Zayn who broke his silence with the nasty tweet about “having a life” aimed at Louis.
Louis has been known to stir the pot, as well as having an ongoing feud with Naughty Boy.
This isn’t the first time Louis has used twitter to blast Naughty Boy, who seems to be the Yoko Ono of One Direction.
Louis has previously accused the music producer of winding up One Direction fans when he leaked one of Zayn’s solo tracks.
Louis and Zayn were said to be the closest out of the five band-mates with People reporting that Louis was “the most worried” when Zayn left the band during their world tour.

Not to mention the boys have matching “Bus 1” tattoos representing the bus they shared whilst on the road.
