The focus has yet again shifted to Rebecca Judd’s amazing post-baby body after one of her latest social media posts.
The presenter posted a snap of herself working out mere weeks after she gave birth to her twin sons, Darcy and Tom.
“A HUGE shout out to Shira Kramer and her team of women’s health physiotherapists at @beactivephysio for keeping me fit and strong during my pregnancy (all 3 of my pregnancies actually),” the star wrote next to the image.
“I did clinical Pilates and pre-natal exercise classes 2-3 times a week and credit them with the fact that I’m feeling great, have a strong core, minimal ab separation despite measuring 47 weeks the day I delivered the twins (!!!) and have recovered well,” she wrote.
See the adorable moment Rebecca and her husband Chris Judd welcomed their little ones into the world in the video below. Post continues…
She continued, “Thanks for the visit today Shira and I promise not to bump up the reformer resistance or go fast on the spin bike when you’re not here keeping watch!”
But she’s come under fire for getting back on the bike, literally, so soon after giving birth.
Experts reportedly recommend waiting six weeks before any sort of exercise to give the body time to return to normal.
“There is no rush to be perfect,” one follower commented. “Just enjoy your babies.”
Bec clarified in her post that she had checked with her obstetrician before starting any exercise routine.
And fans were also quick to defend the new mother of twins, congratulating her for her stamina.
“Great work! Only you know your body and what it’s ready for,” another user chimed in.
“I’m really impressed by you,” one fan wrote. “Honestly, you must have brilliant focus and willpower.”
