Stepping out at the Logie Awards last month in a stunning Steven Khalil gown, the accomplished actress and ambassador for skincare brand Olay looked super fit and healthy.
She says she lost a few kilograms and now has a holistic approach to health and beauty, combining yoga and walking.
โWe need to take care of our inside as much as the outside,โ she says.
โMum introduced me to Olay in my teens, but she also taught me that beauty comes from within.โ
Despite being away from her mum on Sunday for Motherโs Day, Rebecca says they share a special bond โ and Shirley agrees.
โRebecca and I have always been very close and I am tremendously proud of all her achievements, as I am of all my children,โ Shirley says. โShe really is true beauty inside and out.โ
