Just 28 days after giving birth to her first child, the former Miss Universe Australia bounces back with a bikini bod.
As Rachael Finch smiles confidently in a red bikini, it’s difficult to believe she gave birth to baby Violet just last month.
Looking every bit the glamazon, she has bounced back from what was a blissful pregnancy to brave a bikini – and she did it without starving herself or her gorgeous bub, who she’s now breastfeeding.
“I’m eating more than ever before,” insists Rachael, 25. “When I was training for a triathlon last year, I was eating the same amount as what I am now while I’m breastfeeding, but I’m not exercising as intensely as I was. Now I’m just walking with a bit of Pilates, yoga and dancing. But I’m eating because I’m just so hungry!”
Gaining just 11 kilos during her pregnancy, the brunette beauty says the key to her rapid weight loss was maintaining a healthy, organic diet over the last nine months – and banning all kinds of junk food.
