Model and blogger Sarah Stage has shared a beautiful photo of herself breastfeeding, defying her critics who say she should cover up.
Sarah – a 30-year-old self-confessed “fitness junkie” – made headlines earlier this year when she posted a photo of her six-pack at nearly nine months pregnant online. She was stunned by the backlash, which saw her bombarded with thousands of messages accusing her of harming her baby in pursuit of her vanity.
Now, she has come under fire again, with online bullies claiming she should only breastfeed in private.
“If you don’t like this pic, just unfollow me. No need to hate on a beautiful moment with my son #normalizebreastfeeding,” the model wrote of the photo.
She’s definitely not the first celebrity to face backlash over her breastfeeding pictures – here are some other stars who are determined to fly the Breast is Best flag, no matter the consequences.
