It seems Roxy Jacenko can’t catch a break. After a tough few months that have included her breast cancer diagnosis and her husband being jailed, she’s now been paid a visit by the police.
Officers were called to Roxy’s Sydney home to reportedly investigate a photo she had posted on social media involving her daughter, Pixie Curtis.
The image in question showed Pixie sitting in the car with her high-profile mum, both giving the peace sign.
But what some angry fans noticed, was that Pixie was sitting in the front seat of the car, improperly restrained, and not in the booster seat required for five year olds.
The police reportedly received complaints about the image and showed up to her lavish home to investigate.
NSW transport requires all children between four and seven “be secured in a forward-facing approved child restraint with an inbuilt harness or approved booster seat.”
According to reports in the Daily Telegraph, two police cars showed up to the property.

It was reportedly established soon after their visit, that Pixie had apparently only been sitting in the front seat, seatbelt fastened, for the purposes of the selfie.
Nevertheless, the blonde mother-of-two deleted the offending selfie and replaced it with one of Pixie in a proper booster seat. Roxy has declined to comment on the issue.
In February, Pixie was at the centre of a photoshop scandal after her images were doctored onto sexually graphic photos by trolls.
