They couldn’t be any cuter if they tried.
In a season of feuds, partner swapping and utter heartbreak (we’re looking at you, Sean and Susan), Simon McQuillan and Alene Khatcherian have been our constant.
And in an exclusive cover shoot with Woman’s Day, the Married At First Sight poster couple tell us they’ve got babies on the brain.
While there’s no bun in the oven for these two just yet, that hasn’t stopped the smitten pair dreaming of their future family.
“The ideal would be to have twins, a boy and a girl,” Alene explains as she looks lovingly at Simon.

The MAFS hubby and wife have fast become the poster couple of the season.
“I’ve always loved kids,” 39-year-old Simon admits.
“It’s definitely going to be very interesting to see how we blend our lives, especially with kids,” Alene adds.
They’ve come a long way since meeting at the altar all those months ago.
Earlier in the season, Simon defended his bride after her controversial decision to make him cut his hair outraged some fans.
Despite the challenges, they’ve only continued to grow as couple.

These two are the real deal.
Simon and Alene are still figuring out the logistics of their long-distance love.
With Alene based in Sydney and Simon in Queensland, someone will have to make the move.
But for now, they’re just enjoying being in love.
