In true country music fashion, Keith Urban is standing by his woman after Nicole Kidman was cruelly blasted last week for returning to cosmetic surgery.
In the wake of her appearance at a Hollywood function celebrating women, the 46-year-old actress was labelled “more plastic than a Barbie” by online commentators, who were appalled by her seemingly frozen forehead.
Other trolls chimed in with harsh comments like “Stop with the fillers and Botox for the love of God”, “She looks like a prop from a celebrity wax museum” and “She looks awful – I didn’t even recognise her as Nicole Kidman.”
Our sources say this latest crisis has prodded the couple to a new realisation. While Keith has been reassuring Nicole he loves her no matter what, he’s also been telling her it’s time to deal with her insecurities so she can finally embrace her natural self.
