For the third time this year, Keith Urban has been seen with a young blonde woman while his wife is in a separate city.
Woman’s Day’s exclusive pictures show Keith arriving at the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco just before 8pm on Saturday, October 10. The 47-year-old country star was flanked by burly security – along with an unidentified blonde.
The beautiful blonde woman was seen walking into Keith’s San Francisco hotel.
“There seemed to be chemistry between them,” a witness tells us. “He had a real swagger about him. Not surprising since there was such a beautiful woman in his company.”

We’re told Keith was staying in a one-bedroom suite with views overlooking the city.
Meanwhile, his wife Nicole was performing in London.
Rumours of Keith’s interest in other women were rife long before Nicole, 48, moved to the UK with their daughters Sunday, seven, and four-year-old Faith. These photos are thought to be the final straw for her.
In August, Keith was caught on camera with 21-year-old country star Kelsea Ballerini leaving his trailer before a show.
And earlier this month 22-year-old Sierra Black spoke about a special night she claims she had with Keith in Las Vegas.

Before their wedding nine years ago, Nicole was also rocked by allegations made by part-time model Amanda Wyatt that Keith had been cheating with her.
Last week, Nicole hinted at the strain in her relationship saying that she and Keith have changed the rules when it comes to spending time apart.
“10 days is too long,” she says. “We’re seven. And we rarely stretch it to that.”
