Looking ever-so chic as she smiled for the cameras, Nic seemed happy to be back in home town.

Looking very smart: Nicole rocked a pair of skinny jeans teamed with a blazer and turtle neck.

In a span of two years, Faith has sprouted right up! The little girl [pictured on the right back in 2012], has blossomed into a young Nicole.

Eldest, Sunday looked every bit like her dad, dressed in a sweet leopard spotted dress, while her little sister is morphing into a mini Nicole. And the four-year-old has grown up so much! The pretty brunette has already sprouted all the way up to her mum’s elbows.

No doubt it will be a poignant time for the Kidman family. In the last two years they’ve suffered the tremendous loss of Nicole’s father, Anthony and more recently the unexpected death of her sister Antonia Kidman’s ex-husband, Angus Hawley.

Despite the devastating blows, the Kidman family have been brought closer together.

Nicole was devastated when she lost her father.

The Oscar winning actress candidly spoke about the loss of her dad during an interview with Vogue last July.

“You’ve caught me at a time when I’m still recovering and in grief,” Nicole admitted. “There are times you go, ‘Gosh, I wish I could just go and hide in a hole and never come out.’ And then you go, ‘That was yesterday.’ I have a four-year-old and a six-year-old, and just hearing their laugh… it’s life in its most powerful form.”

Nicole’s true loves, Keith and her girls, have been her support during the difficult two years.

Keith and Nicole’s return to Australia comes fresh from their rocking weekend, celebrating Reese Witherspoon’s 40th birthday – where Keith performed.

Documenting the night, Reese shared a sweet snap of herself and Nicole just moments before the birthday babe blew out the candles on her cake, penning, “This is 40 … I am one lucky gal!”

No doubt the Moulin Rouge star is also feeling like a lucky girl, now that she’s back on home soil.

Though it is rumoured that Nicole is also back down under for pleasure and business! It’s believed the actress is about to sign off on joining the cast of Foxtel’s critically acclaimed Aussie drama, Top Of The Lake. If she does the show, it will be her first appearance on Australian television since her part in Ten’s 1989 miniseries Bangkok Hilton.
