Johnny Depp has sailed into married life with his beautiful bride, Amber Heard by celebrating on his private island and it looks like the pair are heading to Australia for their honeymoon!
The loved-up Pirates of the Caribbean actor tied the knot with Amber in a civil ceremony in his LA home last week, before moving the celebrations to his private Island.
He is now set to visit Australia in the next week to film the next instalment of Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tale with his new wife set to join him.
“Amber will fly out to join him later, so there will be an opportunity for them to have a honeymoon of sorts during shooting breaks,” a source told the Sunday Express.
“But it will be a day here and a day there, which is why this weekend, beginning married life in a place they love with their closest family and friends, was so important to them.”
Johnny invited 50 guests for a ‘wedding weekend’ on his island known as Little Halls Pond Cay in the Bahamas isle, where he has even named a beach after his new wife!
Fittingly, the couple repeated their vows on Amber beach during a “moving but semi-formal” ceremony, with Amber wearing a flowing white dress designed by Stella McCartney.
“Amber did her own hair and make-up and Johnny was as laid-back as usual,” one guest said.
“But there has been a genuine glow about them since Wednesday, when they officially became man and wife. They wanted to do it all again on the beach and then party for the weekend with friends because they love the island and want it to be a continuing part of their lives together.”
Guests included his Mortdecai co-star, Paul Bettany, and his two children, Lily-Rose, 15, and Jack, 12, from his relationship with French star Vanessa Paradis.
