Anyone who has gone through a breakup knows that sometimes the only way to get through it is to dress up in a fabulous outfit and go out for cocktails with your girlfriends.
And that’s exactly what Nadia Bartel did yesterday at the Melbourne Cup, as she danced up a storm in the glamorous Birdcage marquees, proving that sometimes the best post-breakup revenge is to just have a cracking good time with your mates.
Nadia was joined by her influencer pal Lauren Phillips, a model and Channel Nine host, in the Bumble marquee, where the pair downed espresso martinis and danced to Beyoncé’s famous single gal anthem, Single Ladies.
“ALL THE SINGAL LADIES PART 2,” Lauren captioned a cute video of Nadia on her Instagram stories, showing the 34-year-old mother of two letting her hair down (figuratively, not literally, of course) on the dancefloor.

Nadia wowed racegoers at the Melbourne Cup on Tuesday in her bold, bright yellow look, proving you don’t always have to stick with tradition and wear a dress on Cup Day.
She looked incredible in the yellow top and pants combo from British luxury womenswear brand Safiyaa, pairing her wide-legged trousers with a sexy sleeveless blouse that showed off her toned back in a cowl-neck feature.
She accessorised her outfit with a large wide-brimmed hat – very on-trend this season – and a white clutch, while she wore her hair in a practical low bun, perfect for Melbourne’s unpredictable weather.

This week, she’s been on deck as Channel 10’s on-air racing correspondent, appearing as a guest on Studio 10 throughout the spring racing carnival.
She also hosted the red carpet at the 2019 Brownlow Awards, and an appearance on the Channel Seven’s The All New Monty: Ladies Night.
Her incredibly successful fashion line Henne is constantly selling out and has become a hot influencer favourite on Instagram.

When she first announced her breakup back in August, Nadia revealed she was “heartbroken” by rumours that Jimmy had been cheating on her with Melbourne woman Lauren Brand.
“It’s been a very difficult month for me and the boys,” Nadia told The Herald Sun at the time.
“Although I’m heartbroken, I don’t want to comment specifically on what’s been reported about Jim’s trip to the UK as I don’t think that is in anyone’s interests.
“My single focus now is to continue to protect, care and provide for my two beautiful boys as this is a personal matter. I am so thankful for my very supportive family and friends.”
