Forget about seeing Miley Cyrus strut her stuff on a red carpet ever againโฆ sheโs done.
The singer and actress recently confessed in the October issue of Elle Magazine that she wonโt be stepping foot on one again.
โ[A year ago] I had to do the [Very Murray Christmas] premiere, and I will never do a red carpet again,โ the Wrecking Ball singer confessed.
โWhy, when people are starving, am I on a carpet thatโs red? Because Iโm โimportantโ? Because Iโm โfamousโ?
โThatโs not how I roll. Itโs like a skit โ itโs like Zoolander.โ

Miley feels uncomfortable with being on red carpets just because sheโs famous.

And hereโs the event that apparently changed her mindโฆ itโs clear to see sheโs not happy.
The 23-year-old, who is engaged to Liam Hemsworth, says working on her Woody Allen TV project Crisis in Six Scenes made her realise the positive impact she could make with her fame.
โIโm playing this โ60s revolutionary. Woody plays someone who grew up in the suburbs of New York. Heโs got an ice cream machine, and Iโm like, โPeople are starving and youโre sitting here making ice cream?โ
โThatโs my thing [in real life]. For a long time, I couldnโt sleep because I just felt so guilty,โ she revealed of her lavish lifestyle.

Miley is now determined to use her celebrity for good.
She continued: โI was covered in rashes because I was so stressed. Even today, I dropped my water on my hike and felt like such an aโhole.
โThere are children being sold into sex slavery; how can I go on a hike right now?
โSo now I try to do as much as I can through [my foundation] Happy Hippie.โ
She might not be down for red carpets, but Miley will certainly be partying. Check out her antics at a โgoldโ themed party in the clip below.
