Miley Cyrus and rumoured fiancé Liam Hemsworth were the picture of love when they stepped out together for Variety’s Power of Women luncheon in LA on Friday, October 14.
The young lovers’ rare display was the first official event they have attended together in three years, and while the couple tend to keep their affairs rather private, Miley and Liam didn’t hesitate to pack on the PDA!
Liam, who was on hand to support his rekindled flame, could be seen beaming proudly as the 23-year-old was honoured alongside actresses Scarlett Johansson, Laverne Cox and Helen Mirren.
At one point, the duo even let their stoic shtick down for a moment of affection, in which Miley adoringly put her arms around Liam.

“She wrapped her arm around him and leaned her head against his shoulder,” an onlooker said to E! News.
The A-list couple, who called off their engagement back in September 2013, caught the world by surprise when they reconciled at the end of 2015 in the beach town of Byron Bay.
Since then, the platinum blonde beauty has been pictured on many occasions getting close to the Hemsworth family again, all the while donning her old sparkling Neil Lane engagement ring.
Miley recently addressed her decision to wear her engagement ring for the first time, while chatting to the US Today show.
The hosts rather sneakily turned the conversation to the blonde’s array of statement rings, one of which just happened to be the gold sparkler.
“I bought this one because it was cute,” she said, pointing to a plastic watermelon ring on her left hand, “and I bought this one was because it was cute” she said of a plastic strawberry ring on her right hand.
Obviously, the hosts weren’t going to let her get away with that, and asked her about the giant rock on her ring finger.
“I didn’t pick that one out. But it’s really cute,” she said, alluding to the fact that it was chosen by her boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth.

Liam was just 22 years old when he when he got on bended knee and asked a 19-year-old Miley Cyrus to marry him in June 2012.
While it may have seemed an spontaneous act on his behalf, the 26-year-old actor says he doesn’t regret the decision one bit.
Speaking to news.com.au, Liam revealed, “I don’t think that was impulsive. That was a well thought-out idea.”
The Aussie beau then recalled the couple’s decision to spend a few years apart, saying: “At the time we were both going in different directions and it’s just what needed to happen.”
“We were both super young and it was a good decision at the time – we both needed that.”
