Lt. Martin Rodriguez of the Los Angeles Country Sheriff’s Department advised the New York Daily News that Stuart Lynn Dunn made an “unauthorised departure” from the facility in Los Angeles County on Saturday at around 8 p.m., and county probation officials asked the County Sheriff’s Department for help locating him.
The lieutenant also advised that the manhunt for Stuart was “in progress and ongoing.”
In 2012 Stuart was ordered to stay away from the mum-of-Wyatt after he made phone calls seeking her personal information and broke into and briefly lived in a vacant home the actress owned.
He was subsequently sentenced to 60 days in jail and three years of probation.
Several months later, he tracked Mila down at the gym, forcing her to hide in her vehicle until police arrived.
Mila has been alerted about the twice convicted stalker’s disappearance.
