Aunt Brandee just wants her three-year-old nephew to have the best Christmas ever.
And just like most young kids, anxiously awaiting the silly season, it’s all about receiving the perfect gift.
Channeling any good parent or relative, the 41-year-old singer’s sister spent hours searching for Noah’s dream gift.
Pulling out all the stops, Brandee got her beloved nephew a Hatchimal, which happens to be one of the most sought-after toys of the year.
“Spent hours looking at every possible store that sold toys in Vancouver, got on waiting lists, only to find one on Craigslist, an hour away from where we live & twice the price…but we got Noah the Hatchimal that I promised him!” She wrote alongside a snap of the coveted present.
“Tia & Tio pulled through! And I think Mike may be more excited than he is! #family #westicktogether #crazytoyhype #imcomingwithpresents #hatchimals.”
For those of us over the age of ten, and without kids, a Hatchimal is a robotic egg that hatches a surprise creature.
Making Christmas special will be the number one priority for Michael and wife, Luisana Lopilato, who both have cancelled their entire work schedules to help their eldest son through his health struggles.
Two weeks ago, it was confirmed that Noah had been diagnosed with liver cancer.
The disease has high survival rates, and Noah’s proud parents have both said he’s a “fighter.”
“They are really sad but hopeful. They immediately got him very good care and they are hoping and praying for the best,” a friend of the family told Us Weekly.
“They are getting him the best doctors around. It’s really heartbreaking. This was a real shock, but they are doing everything they can.
“They’re staying positive and Noah is a fighter.”
