It’s official, a baby Buble is on the way!
Canadian singer Michael Buble and his model wife Luisana Lopilato have revealed they are expecting their first child.
The pair shared the news with fans on Thursday by posting a homemade video message that included an ultrasound shot of their baby.
“Mike and I have big news for you,” Luisana posted on her official website along with a link to the YouTube video which ended with the message “We’re having a baby Buble!”
The cute couple, who married in 2011, were recently spotted on a movie date, stopping to kiss and cuddle outside the cinema.
Michael has previously said he was looking forward to being a dad and would put his busy performance schedule on hold to concentrate on being a father.
“It can’t always be like that, I won’t allow it to be like that. When I do have children, my priority will be my family,” he said last year.
“I’ll continue for a couple more years and then, it’s not that I’m going to stop, but I’ll definitely probably slow down the pace so that I cannot have to hate myself for not being there for the family.”
And despite the pair being apart quite often, Michael reveals they try hard to make it work.
“We are definitely apart quite a bit, but I try to hang out with her as much as possible. We try to get together and when she’s on set making her movies, I go down there and my job is to rub her feet and bring her coffee basically,” he said.
