This keeps getting messier…
You might’ve heard Meghan Markle’s half-sister Samantha Grant plans to release a memoir titled The Diary of Princess Pushy’s Sister which she says “deals with my bi-racial family in a candid, warm, personal and socially important way.”
Well, fresh from being grilled (and hung up on!) by Kyle Sandilands, Samantha Grant has now been called ‘abusive’ and a ‘liar’ by her own daughter.
Noel Rasmussen sat down with her grandmother Roslyn Markle for an interview with the MailOnline, both women saying everything in Grant’s book will be fuelled by hate.
“You can essentially write a book full of lies but it’s not a tell all. It’s literally just going to be her versions, her ramblings, of things that have happened. None of it is going to be true,” Rasmussen told the MailOnline.
Samantha has been very vocal about her half-sister, regularly sharing opinionated tweets.
Disturbingly, the 18-year-old says she suffered abuse at the hands of her mother’s boyfriend Mark Phillips.
Rasmussen said: “She [would say] if it’s not bleeding and there’s nothing broken, there’s no abuse. That’s her way of justifying it. I ended up bleeding and bruised a couple of times.”
Accusing her mother of being jealous of Meghan, Noel says Meghan is “a very, very nice person. She’s very sweet, very genuine. She’s nothing like Samantha.”
Samantha, who suffers from multiple sclerosis and is wheelchair bound as a result, and Meghan both have the same father – Tom Markle.
Meghan and Samantha have not been on speaking terms since 2008.
There has been no comment from the palace or Meghan regarding the new book.
