Megan Gale is celebrating a very special milestone: six-months with her daughter, Rosie May Dee.
Taking to Instagram, the 42-year-old shared a video of her little “firecracker” on her “half birthday” as she cooed and squealed with delight from her bouncer.
She captioned the adorable upload: “She’s pretty excited for her half birthday 😝 💖 I never thought I’d be a “half birthday” kind of parent but there you go. I’ve surprised myself.. again! Can’t believe this little firecracker entered our lives 6 months ago! Where has that time gone 🤷🏽♀”
The clip also captured the supermodel’s first-born, son River, as he hilariously asked his sibling to “be quiet.”
Megan’s fans were quick to comment on the three-year-old’s darling interruption.
“Tell her big bro Rosie is just voicing her opinion on the matter of her 6 month Birthday. 🎉🎁😂😂😂,” one commenter wrote, while another added: “Wait till she’s walking then your in trouble River 😍😍”
A third noted: “That’s so cute!!! My eldest often says she’s never having a baby because they’re so loud.”
Megan and fiancé Shaun Hampson became parents for the second time in late September 2017. At the time, they shared the exciting news on social media.
“WHEN 3 BECOMES 4,” Megan wrote on Instagram. “Our darling little bun came out of the oven earlier this week. Sweet little soul. You are already so blessed. Healthy as can be with a family that has fallen head over heels in love with you.”
“A big brother that is already so attentive and protective, (who has also handled all these big changes like a boss ) a Dad who is so smitten with you and that you already have firmly wrapped around your little finger,” she continued. “And myself, who’s been so lucky to have carried you in my belly for 9 months and to have had the pleasure and privilege of birthing you into this world (and can I just say .. we nailed it kid).”
She added: “I’m so committed to being the absolute best mother, friend and role model for you. Thank you for choosing me to be your Mama, my darling girl.”
