Whoa, is that you Meg Ryan?
The Sleepless in Seattle actress has been previously steadfast in claiming she’s never had any work done, but her recent appearance at the Tony Awards had fans questioning her big time.
An unrecognisable Meg debuted a dramatically different look to the one we all know and love while performing hosting duties at the Broadway awards ceremony.
Fans couldn’t help but notice the 54-year old’s face was looking much tighter and suspiciously plumper in certain places, such as around her cheeks and lips.

Her facial movements also appeared much more stilted and restricted, and her skin had an odd, tight look to it.
The You’ve Got Mail star shimmered in a nude coloured Blumarine ball gown bedazzled in jewels, but even that couldn’t distract the viewers away from her altered visage.

Fans flocked to social media to voice their concern.
“Dear god, what happened to Meg Ryan?” one asked.
“People are always telling me change is good, but that means Meg Ryan…” cracked another.
Her face had an odd, shiny and tight appearance.
And then there was: “I’m old enough to remember when Meg Ryan looked like Meg Ryan.”
Poor Meg!
The actress has previously denied any surgery rumours and frequently talked about how much she loves ageing.
