Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, who shared the role of Michelle Tanner on the long-running sitcom have revealed to Women’s Wear Daily that they’re interested in reprising their beloved character.
The 28-year-old designers told the fashion publication: “We just found out about it today, I guess we’re going to talk to the creators and see what’s happening.”
The stylish twins, who crawled into the spotlight at just nine-months-old, revealed they had no idea about remake until their former co-star John Stamos spilled the beans on Monday night’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live.
“I’m shocked I haven’t heard from John,” Ashley admitted.
They coined the term “You got it dude!” and it seems they’re using the same positive outlook on the new show as well.
The girls haven’t ruled out signing on for the one-hour reunion special, but first they’re going to speak to their on-screen dad, Bob Saget.
“I’m going to call [Bob] and get his perspective,” Ashley added.
The Full House reboot, titled Fuller House will air as a 13-part series on Netflix next year.
