As Prince Frederik and Princess Mary look lovingly at each other on their latest family holiday, it is obvious the couple are more in love than ever.
After eight days with their children Prince Christian, 8, Princess Isabella, 7, and twins Josephine and Vincent , 3, sailing on their yacht and touring gorgeous Greenland the royal couple looked more blissfully in love than they have in months.
And it’s no surprise, with word quickly spreading in Denmark that their gorgeous family is set to be growing!
Word from the royal tour suggests that the couple have had some time talk about adding to their already adorable brood, while buzz is already building that Mary may already be pregnant.
With a telling glow and all the signs from her previous pregnancy being displayed on this trip, it’s enough for Danish royal watchers to get excited!
“Frederik often put his arm around Mary’s waist in a protective manner,”Danish magazineBilled Bladetsaid of the connection between the pair during holidays. “As if she needed extra care.”
“They sent each other such tender glances that it made one think perhaps they share a sweet secret that can’t yet be revealed,” it added.
It is obvious that Mary and Fred have “space in their hearts” for another child, even twins!
Fred is understood to have been thrilled when Mary suggested they try for one more roll of the dice.
With the prospect of taking the throne from his parents within five years, and Mary turning 43 next year, Fred agreed the timing couldn’t be better.
And it seems the odds are in their favour with many medical experts saying women who conceive over 35 are more likely to have twins. And some doctors say mothers who’ve already had one set of non-identical twins are 12 per cent more likely to have them again.
