But as they await the arrival of their bub, Zoe is enjoying some well deserved pampering from her man.
On Tuesday, the soon-to-be parents took to social media to share a snap of Zoe’s bump.
In the pic, a topless Zoe beams at the camera with her beautiful belly on full display. In the corner, a punnet of strawberries rest on the bath next to a candle.
Meanwhile a brief-clad Alex beams as he takes the photo in the mirror.
“BATH time bliss was exactly what I needed as this third trimester takes its toll. Trouble sleeping, swollen feet & constant heartburn so some days are a freaking struggle,” the reality stat revealed.
“My beautiful man ran me a bath and I had scented candles and strawberries and it was freakin heaven.”
She capped off her post with a set of hashtags including “#waterbirthhereIcome.*
Alex treated Zoe, who is in her third trimester, to a relaxing bath.
In May, the elated couple revealed to Woman’s Day they were expecting.
“We’re absolutely over the moon,” Zoe said at the time.
It’s been a heartbreaking struggle for the expectant parents, who are set to welcome their third family member in October.

Zoe suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage last year, then when she fell pregnant this time, she was diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum – the same severe morning sickness the Duchess of Cambridge experienced with her two pregnancies.
“I was in hospital for two days on a drip, and was vomiting 30 times a day,” the 27-year-old said, before adding it seems to have settled now.
“I’m starting to enjoy the journey!”
The couple met and fell in love on the first season of the Aussie version of Married At First Sight.
