Nick Cannon is reportedly furious that Mariah sold their luxurious mansion in the Bel-Air district of LA without his permission. TMZ claims Nick has brought forward a lawsuit alleging that their business manager Michael Kane did not include him in the sale of the home at all.

Michael Kane told TMZ that the lawsuit was “frivolous and clearly a desperate act from a sadly desperate man”.

Mariah originally listed the seven bedroom home on the market early last year for a whopping US $12.995 million, before the couple went their separate ways in August. The mansion eventually sold for US $9million – a lot less than the original asking price.

Nick has reportedly requested the funds from the sale be frozen until he can obtain a detailed accounting statement in order to determine how much he and Mariah will each get.

The pair originally purchased the11,750 square feet house for $6,975,000 in 2009. Some of the residence’s luxury features include, seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a home theatre, gym, music room, basketball court, games room, swimming pool and open-air cabana.

While he might still be caught up in legal squabbles with Mariah, Nick is clearly keen to prove that he’s moved on from her emotionally. Where once he had a huge ‘Mariah’ tattooed across the top of his back, Nick has now hid all trace of it by covering his entire back with a massive religious tattoo. He even reportedly had the whole process documented for Urban Ink magazine and has sahred a picture of himself posing on the cover.

Mariah meanwhile looks like she is moving on too after she was picture looking very cosy on the red carpet with Empire TV show star Jussie Smollett.

It seems the pair are both keen to put their six-year marriage well and truly behind them!

Nick meanwhile is removing all inked evidence of his marriage to Mariah.

Now Nick has taken it even further by getting a full-back tattoo. His tattoo artist shared snaps of him getting it done on Instagram.

Nick is apparently so proud of the cover-up job that he had the whole process documented for Tattoo mag ‘Urban Ink’. He shared this snap of himself posing on their cover via his Instagram page.

We’re sure the couple’s two-year-old twins, Monroe and Morrocan will miss this highly impressive nursery.
