Mariah Carey is being accused of sexual harassment by former manager, Stella Stolper, who claims the singer was constantly naked. Not only that, but Mariah also allegedly did “sexual things” in front of Stella without wearing clothes. TMZ reported that Stella filed documents to warn Mariah and her legal team that they are going to get a hit with a lawsuit.

Aside from the alleged sexual misconduct, Stella also claimed that Mariah had a substance abuse problem and rarely took her prescribed medication for bipolar disorder.

The 48-year-old mom of two recently revealed to People that she was diagnosed with the disorder in 2001.

“I didn’t want to believe it,” she said, but has since refused to let it define her.

As for treatment, Mariah told the publication she’s currently on medication that is working for her.

“I’m actually taking medication that seems to be pretty good,” the singer revealed. “It’s not making me feel too tired or sluggish or anything like that. Finding the proper balance is what is most important.”

It’s unclear if the star got on the right path with medication before or after Stella and Mimi professionally parted ways. The pair worked together for almost three years and according to a statement, their split sounded like the separation was mutual.

“After working together for almost three years, Mariah Carey and Stella [Stolper] have determined that it is in their mutual best interest to part ways on day-to-day-management,” the statement read.

However, Stella now claims she was unfairly fired in the middle of a three-year contract. Not only does she believe she’s owed money, but she is also accusing Mariah of violating the US Civil Rights Act, the Fair Employment, and Housing Act — according to Complex. (The pair lived together for a period of time.)

And while an official lawsuit is still in the works, Mariah’s team told TMZ the allegations aren’t true.

“If this frivolous and baseless claim is filed, we will defend against it vigorously and successfully,” a rep explained.
