The Love Child actress has found her real-life Katut in Italian stallion Carlo.
In addition to being nominated for a Logie for Most Outstanding Actress for her work in 2015 miniseries House Of Hancock, her Italian artist boyfriend has proposed!

“He’s a beautiful man and we’re very happy,” the notoriously private star told TV WEEK of her exciting news.
“We’ve spent a bit of time in Italy and here. It’s opened up my world. Personally and professionally, I’m in a really wonderful place and loving it.”

She may have found her real life Katut, but “it’s early days” and they haven’t started on any wedding plans just yet.
“We’re just enjoying it [the engagement],” she quipped.
Mandy admitted she was dating an “Italian gentlemen” on Mornings.
“Yes, I’m in love!” She gushed on the breakfast show.
Mandy plays the matron in Love Child, a stern character who runs Stanton House in Sydney’s Kings Cross on the show, a home for unwed mothers in the 1960s and 1970s.
Mandy says portraying headline-making mining magnate Gina Rinehart was a privilege, yet challenging at the same time.
“She was one of the most interesting characters I’ve had to get inside and find out what makes her tick,” she explains.
“She’s a very private person, and at times it was incredibly challenging.
“But, that was what made it such a delicious role to play.”
