Surprise!
If we hadn’t had enough surprise good news this year (we’re looking at you, Jen Aniston), Lucy Liu has added another dose of happy to our morning.
The actress, 46, announced on Instagram just two hours ago that she has welcomed her first child, a bouncing baby boy named Rockwell.
“Introducing the new little man in my life, my son Rockwell Lloyd Liu,” Lucy wrote on her post, “In [love]!”
The photo showed Lucy cuddling up to her brand new boy, who is wrapped in an adorable puppy-print blanket. The Charlie’s Angel star looks – understandably – completely in love.
A rep for the actress confirmed that Lucy welcomed Rockwell through a surrogate, “Lucy Liu is the proud mother of Rockwell Lloyd Liu, brought into the world via gestational carrier. Mom and baby are healthy and happy.”
