One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson is prepared for a big custody battle after filing papers to seek joint custody of his son Freddie Reign.
He began court proceedings after his ex, Briana Jungwirth, reportedly began restricting Louis’s access to his child.
The singer wants to ensure he spends as much time with his little five-month-old as he possibly can.

Louis has posted many photos of his little pride and joy.
Reports suggest that Briana might be jealous of Louis’s current girlfriend Danielle Campbell, but the mother of one has reportedly denied this.
According to TMZ, Briana is merely concerned Danielle might be a crazed fan who has access to her home.
The publication reports that Louis will now be seeking 50/50 joint legal and physical custody.
