The 48-year-old actress turned designer, who admits she still loves her ex-fiance despite now dating wild-life photographer David Yarrow, 48, has also revealed she keeps in touch the Australian cricket star and his children.

“Love isn’t a switch that you can turn on or off at will and of course I still love him we are part of each other’s history,” Liz told Hello Magazine at a photoshoot to launch her new beach collection.

“The two families are still in touch,” she added.

During the exclusive interview, Liz – who confessed she “struggled” after the couple’s public break-up in December last year – said she is planning to catch up with Shane’s three children, who he shares with ex-wife Simone Callahan, when they visit England in the summer.

“We’ve been putting together Mac photo books of some of the great holidays we all spent together and have very happy memories,” she said.

And for that lavish 13-bedroom Donnington Hall in Herefordshire the pair had bought and were renovating when they split? Well that’s still “up in the air” Liz said, although she and her son, Damian, may stay living there.

For now, Liz says she’s happy with her new love and is keeping busy with the first series of new American television show The Royals, where she plays the Queen of England.

The model is also set to soon star on the big screen in the movie, Viktor, opposite Gerard Depardieu.
