Kaia appeared to be the spitting image of her Mum in the December issue of Teen Vogue. It was the first major fashion shoot for the 13-year-old, but luckily she has her professional mum Cindy to walk her through it.
“She knows so much about it,” Kaia told the magazine. “I think it would be hard for her to be on set and not say things like, ‘Psst, Kaia, put your elbow up.'”
Cindy has previously spoken about her desire to be a good role model to her daughter, telling Us magazine: “Hopefully my daughter will see me taking care of myself, but also not beating myself up,”.
“I don’t want to be the one saying, ‘I can’t have ice cream,’ or ‘I’m fat.’ I want her to see that I work, you know, I exercise, and I eat right, but at the same time that I’m kind to myself.”
True to that, Cindy recently showed that she was comfortable in her own skin by joining in with other celebrities and posting make-up free selfies to social media.
It wasn’t just Cindy who was on hand at the shoot either, she had brother Presley (who is also blessed with photogenic genes) and her dad Rande Gerber – also known as George Clooney’s BFF, who recently served as best man at his Venetian wedding.
