PETA announced he is 2016 sexiest male vegan celebrity!
“Hot AND a friend to ALL animals! Congrats to our 2016 Sexiest Male Veg Celeb @LiamHemsworth,” the animal rights organization tweeted.
The pair both lead a meat and dairy free life.
The 26-year-old’s partner, Miley Cyrus, was 2015’s PETA’S sexiest vegetarian celebrity.
“After all the information I gathered about the mistreatment of animals, I couldn’t continue to eat meat,” he told Men’s Fitness a year ago.
He credits many of his friends including his Hunger Games co-star Woody Harrelson for his decision to lead a meat and dairy-free lifestyle.
“Woody Harrelson was actually one of the original reasons I became vegan, because he’s been vegan for, I don’t know, 30 years or something.”
And at five months in he admitted, “No negatives to eating like this!”
“I feel nothing but positive, mentally and physically. I love it. I feel like it also has a kind of a domino effect on the rest of my life.”
