The Morning Show host took to Instagram to share a sweet birthday post for his son, and it immediately sent fans into a frenzy – for good reason.

The 56-year-old shared two photos, one of Jye as a baby and one all grown up, that had fans immediately pointing out the uncanny and handsome resemblance.

“‘I’m not exactly sure where those 27 years have gone . Happy birthday (y’day) to my best buddy in the universe,” Larry began.

“Jye we’ve still got lots of fun to have and lots of life’s mountains to climb and I’m looking forward to all of it. Thunder buddies for life. #IfNotNowWhen?❤️❤️👊👊💪💪.”

Amongst birthday wishes were comments from fans who were in a spin over the photos.

“Holy cr-p he is your double! Plus a little more hair lol,” one fan wrote.

“You and Sylvie did good, he is gorgeous,” another added.

“Happy Birthday Jye!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Father AND Son, 2 very hot guys!!! 🔥🔥🔥,” a third wrote.

While Jye has dabbled in modelling he works as a real estate agent in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

Larry shared this uncanny comparison of a bus ad Jye appeared in back in 2017.

The couple have been happily married for 26 years and revealed the secret to their longevity comes down to keeping the excitement alive.

“We decided we need to do at least one completely crazy thing each year so that we’ll have some ridiculously good stories to remind each other about when we’re in the nursing home,” Larry told Body & Soul.

Larry is still head over heels for Sylvie.

He also revealed they never fight… kind of.

“We never argue,” he said, to which Sylvie quickly chimed in: “Only because he doesn’t argue.”

“I’m European so I’m quite feisty and forthright. I can go from zero to 100 and yell and scream but he just says, ‘Oh baby, are you not feeling well?’ How do you fight with that?” she laughed.
