TMZ uncovered that due to the 12 strokes Khloe Kardashian’s husband endured, doctors performed numerous brain scans, leading them to believe the strokes will impact his motor and speech skill.
It is likely that Lamar will need to undergo several months of physical therapy, but his doctors are not able to determine if a full recovery is possible.
Nevertheless he is improving.
“He’s doing much better, still little by little. He is still getting lots of treatment but getting better day by day,” a source told Us Magazine.
TMZ also revealed that the 35-year-old also suffered from major kidney failure, and is currently on dialysis, and he may need a transplant.
Remaining by Lamar’s side during the entire ordeal has been his estranged wife, Khloe Kardashian.
The reality star took a brief moment for herself -the first time since Lamar was hospitalised, to attend big sister, Kim Kardashian West’s baby shower.

The pretty blonde joined all four of her sisters, who wore matching striped pyjamas, camping out inside in mini tents for a Troop Beverly Hills-themed shower.
The 31-year-old was there for just two hours before returning to Lamar’s side at Cedar-Sinai Medical Centre.
Meanwhile the rest of the Kardashian/Jenner clan continued to celebrate the arrival of baby number two for Kim.
The mother-to-be originally cancelled her baby shower in the wake of Lamar’s accident, but the family enjoyed a fun-filled day with loved ones including both Kris and Caitlyn Jenner.
Kim is due in December.
The 35-year-old hasn’t decided on a name for her baby boy, but she did have some favourits.
“I do like the name Easton,” Kim told Ellen DeGeneres last month.
“I don’t think my husband likes that name, but I do like it.”
