Following his October overdose, the 36-year-old has been moved to a live-in rehab facility near his estranged wife Khloe’s house in LA.
“At the centre, Lamar will continue to receive amazing therapy,” a source told People magazine.
“He still has many challenges but is making progress. He is a fighter!”
Last week, the former basketball star seemed to be in good spirits as he spent time with his son Lamar Junior, 13, and daughter Destiny, 17, who he shares with ex-partner Liza Morales.
Lamar was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel in October last year and has since been receiving care at Cedars-Sinai hospital in the Los Angeles.
