He was found unresponsive in a brothel just 17 months ago, and now Lamar Odom has finally opened up about what led him down his path to destruction and what he really got up to during his marriage to Khloé Kardashian.

“[The reality shows, Keeping up with the Kardashians and Khloé & Lamar] opened this gate up with other women who probably wouldn’t have been interested in me,” Lamar admitted to US Weekly. “When I became Khloé Kardashian’s man and on TV, it made me look more enticing. People who didn’t even know basketball would approach me because they knew Lammy.”
“If there is one thing I regret when I was married, it was having multiple affairs with different women,” Lamar revealed of his indiscretions during their marriage. “That wasn’t the stand-up thing to do. I wish I could have kept my d–k in my pants.”
During the tell-all interview, the 37-year-old also broke his silence on what led him to that brothel in October 2015 – where was later found comatose after reportedly suffering an overdose.
“I was in a very dark place and very confrontational. I wasn’t trying to repair my marriage; I was just trying to get high. My life was all about drugs at that point,” he says of the months leading up to the incident.
Despite Lamar admitting his frequent use of drugs, he insists he doesn’t remember taking any or drinking excess alcohol on that particular night.
“Looking back, I might have had a drink to get the mood started, but was I drunk or on drugs? Not at all,” he insisted. “I remember lying in bed. Two women were in bed and then I fell asleep. That’s all. When I woke up four days later, I was trying to pull the tubes out of my mouth.”
While there have been rumours of a reunion between him and Khloé – she put their divorce on hold to help Lamar with his recovery – he says there was nothing romantic about their relationship.
“Honestly, at that time I was just blessed to be around her,” he says. “I wasn’t making any more out of it than that. We haven’t been intimate in years.”
