She was due closer to Christmas Day, but at five weeks early, first time parents Michael and Kyly Clarke are said to have welcomed a daughter.
The news broke on the Today Show where host Karl Stefanovic, who is currently in Paris, claimed that โa very good sourceโ confirmed the news.
โSo I do have some very good news to report that has just come through to me,โ he said.
โOn a completely different subject โ it is breaking news of the very best kind and I can report to you all back in Australia that from a very good source, that former Australian cricket captain Michael Clarke and his beautiful wife Kyly have just had a baby girl,โ Karl gushed.
Despite arriving earlier than expected, the host did reveal, โnow she is five weeks premature but sheโs in good health and mum is also in good health.โ
Kyly and Michael, both 34, are yet to confirm the beautiful news.
The pair, who married in 2012 in a stunning Blue Mountains-based ceremony, announced they were expecting their first child back in July on Instagram, with the cricket legend writing, โ@kylyclarke and I are extremely ecstatic to announce that we are expecting our first child.โ

Thereโs no doubt that the homewares designer is ecstatic to finally be a mum, recently revealing to the Daily Mail Australia she loved being pregnant.
โI think itโs nice, you should just be proud โ youโre a mum-to-be and your growing and changing and youโre actually just experiencing what a womanโs bodyโs meant to do,โ she told the website.
While Michael will be glad their bundle of joy arrived before the last week of December, like she was originally due, because of his participation in the Sydney to Hobart Yacht race beginning on Boxing Day.
โWeโre hoping Santa Claus ยญdelivers our baby before I get on that boat on the 26th,โ he quipped to Sydney Confidential last month.

Kyly and Michael Clarke first met when they both attended Parramatta Westfields Sports High School.
The sporting icon also revealed to The Daily Telegraph that his only concern about Kyly falling pregnant was the health of both mum and bub.
โWhen me and my wife fell pregnant we werenโt worried if it was going to be a boy or a girl. The only thing that mattered is that itโd be healthy.I just pray that our baby is healthy,โ the 34-year-old explained.
No doubt being born five weeks premature would have caused the first-time parents some concern, however reports have confirmed the pair are doing just fine.
This is the next happy installment for the new parents, who first met when they attended Parramatta Westfields Sports High School together, and reconnected after the cricketerโs 2010 break up with Lara Bingle.
Congratulations Kyly and Michael, we couldnโt be more thrilled for you!
